Sharp Test is designed as a parent-led platform:
- All accounts are created and controlled by parents
- Parents remain logged in and supervise their child's use
- Children do not have independent accounts or login credentials
- Parents can view all test results and progress at any time
3.2 No Social Features
Sharp Test does NOT include:
- Chat features or messaging between users
- User profiles or public-facing information
- Commenting or discussion forums
- Social media integration or sharing features
- Leaderboards or competitive features that expose children's identities
This eliminates the risk of children interacting with strangers or being exposed to inappropriate content from other users.
3.3 Privacy Protection
We protect children's privacy by:
- NOT collecting children's names, ages, or personal details
- NOT tracking children's behavior for advertising or profiling
- NOT sharing any data with third parties
- Storing all data securely in UK/EEA servers only

3.4 Age-Appropriate Content
All practice materials on Sharp Test are:
- Educational and focused on UK 11+ preparation
- Age-appropriate for children in Year 4 and Year 5
- Free from violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content
- AI-generated with safety filters to prevent harmful content
4. Parental Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
- Supervision: Supervising their child's use of Sharp Test at all times
- Device Security: Ensuring their login credentials are kept secure and not shared with children
- Screen Time: Managing how much time their child spends on practice tests
- Well-being: Monitoring their child's emotional well-being and stress levels during exam preparation
- Reporting: Reporting any concerns or inappropriate content immediately
5. What We Don't Do
To protect children, Sharp Test does NOT:
- Offer live tutoring, video calls, or one-on-one sessions
- Provide any direct communication channels between staff and children
- Collect photos, videos, or recordings of children
- Allow third-party advertising or tracking
- Market products or services directly to children
- Share children's information with schools, tutors, or other organizations
6. Data Protection and GDPR
Sharp Test complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with specific protections for children's data:
- Minimal data collection (only what is necessary)
- Parental consent for all data processing
- Transparent privacy practices
- Right to erasure (parents can delete all data at any time)

7. Reporting Concerns
7.1 If You Have a Concern
If you encounter any content or behavior on Sharp Test that concerns you, please:

- Provide as much detail as possible (screenshots, test question IDs, etc.)
- We will investigate all reports within 48 hours
